This role will be your entry into the world of Customer Success, you will rapidly grow into someone who will be key in supporting our growing customer list; ensuring customers are happy and making the most of the Phrasee platform. What you'll do * holding the client's hand from the moment the contract is signed, through the proof of concept stage, and onwards * anticipating and pre-empting problems and opportunities with new and existing clients * collaborating with the language team on customer requirements * working with other colleagues across the business (tech, data, ops) on reporting and results Who you are * you have worked in an email marketing/ESP and/or digital marketing agency environment * 2+ years' experience in a similar role * have outstanding project management experience; managing clients and juggling accounts is what you do * have client support skills that are second to none * you have the patience of a saint * make things happen * you are awesome with both the written and verbal communication
