Job Description
EMBU Regional Brand Director - Fast Acting Fentanyls This role is a regional role that may be based within a country, leading the definition of regional brand strategy for theFast Acting Fentanyl (FaF) portfolio, developing tactical plans both regionally and for each market. Executing against the tactical plans including developing campaign designs and content, tailored and translated for the needs of each market. Overseeing the execution of campaigns and continuously monitoring and refining based on effectiveness metrics and customer/patient insight. Key Responsibilities * Established Medicines Business Unit (EMBU) FaF portfolio lead. Support the VP Head of Commercial EMBU to define regional brand strategies (identifying target patient groups, brand positioning, strategic imperatives, customer & patient insights/journeys/segmentation etc.) ensuring this meets the needs (or is tailored to the needs) of all markets incorporating the insights gathered through collaboration with the local Commercial Engagement Managers * Create regional brand/campaign guidelines, visuals and key messages. Ensure they are translated and, where required tailored, to each of the markets (collaborating with Digital Manager and Local Commercial Engagement Managers) * Support the EMBU Digital Manager and liaise with agencies to design multichannel campaigns and develop content, ensuring it is translated and, where required tailored, to each of the markets in incorporating the insights gathered through collaboration with the local Commercial Engagement Managers * Coordinate the execution of campaigns on behalf of markets (usually supported by the local Commercial Engagement Managers and agencies) * Support the development and execution of a cross-functional tactical plans, where compliant liaising and aligning with Medical colleagues and KAMs * Seamlessly integrate in-person engagement (HCP interactions, congresses and conventions) with digital channels (where this is relevant for in person promoted products) About you * Degree in life sciences, IT/Digital or marketing preferred * Experience managing a team and coordinating cross-functional, international teams essential * Marketing/brand management experience required * Experience of planning, managing and implementing digital marketing strategy highly preferred * Experience in designing and managing omnichannel strategies for multiple markets preferred * Knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas * Strong and proven project management skills About Kyowa Kirin International Kyowa Kirin International plc is owned by Kyowa Hakko Kirin Co., Ltd (KHK) of Japan.
