We are dedicated to providing only the highest standards of care. We are looking for kind hearted people to join our team on a weekend basis. Job Description All you need is a big heart - we will give you the training to do the rest. All of our care calls are the minimum of one hour - so you have the time to really care and build a real relationship. Duties can include; Personal Care Light house work Meal Prep Medication support Dementia care No matter what you are there to do, you will always act as a companion, engaging and encouraging your client. You will be matched to clients who are local to the Redditch area, so you will spend more time with your clients and less time in your car! Ideally you will be available from 8am - 6pm on Saturday and Sunday, as the care calls are stand alone visits, you will have natural gaps during your working day to give you a break. Peak times are 8am, 9:15am, 1pm and 4:45pm. Qualifications No experience is necessary, just a little patience, commitment and a passion to help others. This role can work really nicely along side a main job, family life or studies. Due to the community nature of the role it is essential that you have access to your own vehicle and have a full driving licence.
