Overview
Job Description
If you do not have a current PIN number you will not be shortlisted, please do not apply for this Registered Nurse Vacancy. You will work within the Community Mental Health Team caring for adults with mental health problems. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, assessment of care needs, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care under supervision of the Care Manager. You will be required to work within a defined caseload and take responsibility of the clinical caseload in the absence of the CPN/Care Manager. It is essential you are a Registered Mental Nurse with mental health nursing experience.
