Overview
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Radiographer to join our friendly, hard working multidisciplinary team in providing a fully comprehensive Breast Service within NHS Grampian. The Breast Screening Service and the Symptomatic Department is based within Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. Mobile units serve more outlying areas with the Grampian Region including Orkney and Shetland. A Post Graduate Certificate in Mammography or equivalent is essential for the post, but consideration will be given to a Qualified Radiographer willing to undertake this training. A current clean driving licence is essential. It is also an Occupational Requirement (Equality Act - part 1, schedule 9), that the post-holder is female due to the intimate nature of the work.
