Bank Band 6 physiotherapist - specialist trauma and orthopaedics We are recruiting for highly motivated and talented Bank Band 6 physiotherapist - specialist trauma and orthopaedics wishing to work flexibly with our Staff Bank. By joining the Staff Bank you put yourself top of the list for any shifts requiring extra staff throughout the Trust. We have many long day shifts, day shifts and night shifts. Lines of work are also available in a number of clinical areas for the right candidates. Rate of Pay: 23.33 (including WTR, pay rate depending on day and time worked) Your Experience: * Degree (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy. * State registration with the Health Professions Council. * Evidence of CPD through maintenance of a portfolio. * Able to demonstrate specialist learning from junior rotations, formal post-graduate level learning and informal CPD (both generaland specificto clinical fields of speciality). * Proven relevant clinical experience in trauma and orthopaedics. * Broad experience in core physiotherapy specialities required-neurology, MSK, ITU, acute respiratory, surgery, elderly care and trauma and orthopaedics. * Experience of working as part of a physiotherapy and multidisciplinary team * To have undertaken audit and/or research, either within area of physiotherapy speciality or as part of the MDT. * Experience of clinical education of staff, students or assistants. * Experience of supervision of students/ physiotherapy assistants, with development of basic supervision skills. * Experience of on-call and weekend working in an acute hospital * Demonstrate an understanding of the use of evidence based practice in speciality Working Bank shifts is easy: We value all of our staff and aim to provide rewarding careers and benefits, fulfilling work environments and exciting opportunities Benefits for you: * You have priority to book the shifts that you want - work when and where you like. * Great Opportunity to progress within the Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust * Weekly Payments * Competitive Pay Rates * Flexibility of shift times and locations * Platform to gain experience in different areas * Friendly team environment * Efficient Recruitment Process * Complimentary Mandatory Training * Complimentary Uniform * You can browse and book your own shifts on Employee Online - no need to call to confirm shifts.
