Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager Circa £40,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension Edenbridge Marketing Manager required by a well-established international manufacturing business. This is a newly created role to manage the company's marketing initiatives. The role will suit an experienced Marketing professional who can autonomously run the department. This challenging and varied position will involve many aspects to include; managing the marketing team members; production of all promotional materials; running campaigns; researching competitors & new product initiatives. You will be based from the well-established manufacturing site in Edenbridge. The company has a stable and secure workforce who are a collaborative team. You will be given the chance to stamp your mark on the role by improving marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager Role: * Interview, hire and train marketing staff * Establish marketing goals and measuring performance * Oversee current offerings and run initiatives for new products or services * Research and analyse market trends etc. to form new marketing strategies * Work with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels * Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects * Communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition * Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback The Marketing Manager: * Experienced marketing professional * People management experience * Able to autonomously run entire marketing function
