Job Description

Here at Concrete we're making homelessness history, it's a big statement, but we're not alone in achieving it. We're part of the national movement tackling homelessness. We're looking for someone who can provide support to our customers. You'll be working alongside external agencies to support care leavers and young people helping them to build a concrete future, teaching them how to maintain a tenancy and develop the skills needed to live independently. We need someone who's flexible and adaptable, as this service is fits around the needs of our customers, and someone who can participate in our out-of-hours calls service. Ideally, we're looking for someone with knowledge or experience of working with young people, mental health, safeguarding and the barriers that young people face. You'll need to be able to drive and have your own vehicle suitable for business use, and DBS checked. Help us to give those without a plan, voice or home to build concrete futures by tackling the issues that keep people from finding their own home.
