Occupational Therapist

an exciting opportunity to join NHS Tayside The South Perthshire and Kinross Locality, Perth & Kinross HSCP, has recruitment opportunities for health care professionals. These posts will enhance the community multidisciplinary teams to allow testing and development of new models of care with an integrated approach. We are building a service to provide a rapid and coordinated response to support people with health and rehabilitation needs to remain at home. The initial focus will be early intervention but when fully established will support discharge to assess from hospital. The team are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is keen to be part of developing an innovative and forward looking service. You will be required to have an understanding of the principles of health and social care integration. You should be passionate about providing excellent person centred treatment and care, delivered with compassion and kindness, value honest and open communication and treat everyone with dignity and respect. It is anticipated this post will become rotational within Perth and Kinross in the coming year. Applicants must be HCPC registered.
