Job Description

Kyowa Kirin are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Planner based from our Galashiels office. Job Purpose Execution and control of supply chain activity for assigned products/product families, providing specialist product knowledge to the business with regard to manufacture, supply, planning, scheduling and compliance. * Master scheduling, inventory and procurement responsibility (up to approved financial limit) for assigned products/product families * Ownership of the medium/long-term supply plan for a portfolio of products and accountable for continuity of supply and risk-management * Performance monitoring, KPI management and escalation for assigned CMOs * Maintenance of GDP records for assigned products/product families * Primary point of contact for all affiliate & partner communication regarding product supply for their portfolio * Liaison with Technical and Artwork teams for assigned products/product families Key Responsibilities * Demand analysis * Requirements planning & inventory management * KPI tracking and performance management * Inventory procurement and purchase order management * Input to Supply Review Meetings and Sales & Operations Planning processes * Responding to affiliate, partner, pre-wholesaler or customer enquiries and needs * Financial reconciliation of inventory and non-inventory purchasing * Maintenance of GxP records and reports * Change control and management Position requirements * Skilled in the use of Microsoft Software (particularly Excel) and good general IT awareness Benefits * Competitive salary * Bonus * Pension scheme * Private medical insurance Location: This position is based in Galashiels within the beautiful Scottish Borders; only an hour commute from Edinburgh.
