MENTAL HEALTH AND LEARNING DISABILITIES SECTOR ROYAL CORNHILL PHYSIOTHERAPY DEPARTMENT HCSW BAND 4 FULL TIME 1.0 WTE 37.5 hours This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 4 Healthcare Support Worker to join our small but dynamic Physiotherapy team based at Royal Cornhill Hospital. We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual with an interest in mental and physical health to promote and implement physical activity and rehabilitation to both in-patients and out-patients under the guidance of clinical staff. You will be responsible for a varied caseload requiring a patient centred approach in assessing and treating clients with mental ill health. This includes physical activity, exercise prescription, orthopaedic rehabilitation, and mobility and falls interventions both individually and within specific groups. We have an active in-service training programme, regular staff meetings and there maybe opportunities for further development.
