Read on to find out more about joining our team Key Responsibilities You will have responsibility for understanding our customers better than our competitors and creating then delivering on a propositional road-map using these insights to create new products, features and experiences that will stand out against the market. Your day-to-day will involve understanding customers through research, setting the strategy for our product development, working with the product squads on the delivery and working alongside the Chief Customer Officer in developing the long-term propositional road-map. Requirements * Intuitive understanding of customers and experience in turning that into compelling propositions * Good working knowledge of agile working methodology * Comfortable in both data and customer understanding * Likely from fintech, insuretech or customer centric tech business * Insurance knowledge is not required Benefits We think we have a great company culture and welcome new team members with open arms.
