Job Description
Mitsubishi Lakeside is a brand-new retail experience! The next generation store immerses shoppers in the Mitsubishi brand, showcasing our model range in a feature-rich environment, designed to flawlessly express the Mitsubishi ethos. Located at the renowned Lakeside Shopping Centre, the store offers interactive and engaging new ways for visitors to browse, configure, test drive and buy a Mitsubishi. We're looking for a Store Expert to act as an ambassador for the Mitsubishi brand, who will be passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers. As a Store Expert you will be assisting with customer enquiries, test drives and will enjoy maintaining a high standard of the brand. You will love to learn as attaining product knowledge for our vehicles is a must to ensure a first class experience is given. Key responsibilities include; * Welcoming visitors to the store and being available to answer any queries * Supporting customers through all stages of the buying process, assisting them with product choice, part exchange, finance and delivery options * Conducting vehicle handovers both on site and at the customer's home or workplace in line with standards * Working closely with the Head Office team to ensure delivery of a consistent customer process * Maintaining an excellent standard of product, brand and after sales knowledge at all times * Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the Mitsubishi Store, Experience Centre and any vehicles on site at all times * Addressing any in-store customer complaints and escalating as required Key Holder assistance with supporting the store leadership team; * Managing opening and closing shifts when the store leadership team is not present * Key holders have extra responsibility in leading the team with operational procedures in the absence of the leadership team Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge; * Previous retail or customer service experience * GCSE Maths and English - minimum C or above * Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate at all levels * Proficient in the use of everyday software * Accurate written communication skills * Accurate data entry/information recording skills * Able to remain calm under pressure * Excellent communication skills * Able to deliver excellent service * Flexible approach to working hours * Proactive and self-motivated A keen interest and passion for cars and customer service is ideal. Full training will be provided. There will be a variety of shifts to cover store operating times. Please enquire at the store for further information and to meet the team.
