Technical Supervisor Omagh, County Tyrone Full-Time & Perm Salary Negotiable Zenrec Exclusive Company Bio & Role The Foyle Food Group is looking to employ a Technical Supervisor within our state of the art Retail Packing Facility at the Foyle Ingredients site based in Omagh, Co. Tyrone. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established food processing Company in the UK and Ireland. We are seeking a technically qualified candidate who understands the commercial impact of decisions with the business, and can communicate and interact across all levels within the business. Criteria 2 years' experience working in a technical function within a production factory environment Creative approach and a passion for food Working knowledge of HACCP principles Experience of customer audits and liaising with auditing bodies Reliable, flexible and punctual Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills - both verbal and written Excellent organisation skills Ability to work on own initiative - carry out relevant quality checks thoroughly and instigate investigations where necessary Experience of responding to customer technical demands Competent in record keeping and assisting sales with technical elements of specifications Familiar with word processing and excel packages (The above criteria may be extended to facilitate shortlisting.)
