Job Description
About the Role We are looking for an Customer Supply Assistant to assist the Customer Supply team with support on customer service, forecast accuracy and route to market efficiency. This role will sit in the wider Logistics and S&OP team . What's involved: * Order management: accurately capturing and processing orders on CTB system and transferring to third-party logistics providers. Promptly resolving any delayed deliveries and discrepancies with delivered quantities. * Reverse logistics: manage empty keg uplifts to enable improved return rate and a balanced float. Ensure audit trail and tracking of ullage kegs from customers to brewery in order to validate quality issues and duty drawback. * Reporting: assist the team as required in issuing shortage, despatch, aging and fulfilment reports with clear actions to mitigate any risk. * Data set-up, cleansing and automation: support with analysis and reconciliation as team looks to automate key processes and reports; item set-up help for new products introduced to the range. * 3PL operations management support: supporting logistics manager with stock transfer planning, warehouse replenishment to meet demand and ad hoc requirements for warehouse operations * Ad hoc transport management: Helping the team arrange last minute courier deliveries * Greater CTB team support: Helping broader team respond to stock and order queries from internal teams. Who we're looking for * Self-starter, comfortable with change and ambiguity * Inquisitive problem-solving nature * Excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail * Great communication skills, ability to manage and cultivate good relationships * Thrives in fast paced environment. * Advanced Excel skills, with genuine passion for complex formulas and report building. * Previous experience in Operations, Logistics or Customer Supply teams preferable. * Proven working experience of SAP preferable.
