We make booking hair, beauty and spa treatments simple, effortless and fast around the clock. Today we are the leading beauty booking platform in Europe working with over 25,000 salons, processing over 1 million orders per month and operating across 11 countries. Our success to date is completely down to the 500 passionate and brilliantly-talented people working together to harness the power of beauty, and the beauty of technology. However, we are still not even close to being done. Today, less than 2% of hair and beauty is booked online - thats tiny. We believe that booking online is inevitable and our mission is to give every customer their perfect hair and beauty experience. But, for us to really fulfill our vision of revolutionising the industry we need to do something much more profound we need to grow the entire industry and empower more people to feel good about themselves more often. The Role With hundreds of new salon partners being added to our database each and every month, thanks to our sales and marketing teams, we need to figure out how to maximise growth by unleashing the full potential of our operations team. Reporting into our Supply insights Director, youll be working closely with stakeholders across the business, including Country Leads, and our sales and account management teams. You will be responsible for managing Salesforce on a day to day basis as well as proactively seeking out ways to optimise our processes within the system. You will be: * Translating our operations strategy into efficient processes and implementing them. * Training other teams and being accountable for the smooth running of cross functional processes. * Taking ownership of our database, leading by example ensuring its accuracy and timely updates from all users. * Creating and maintaining reports to monitor the success and daily business of the Sales and Account Management teams. * Supporting the implementation of third party software into salesforce (we are currently using Pardot, Outreach, Zendesk and Looker for data import and export). About You * A solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and at least 3 years experience of using it within a commercial environment. * Being able to explain salesforce features in an easy and digestible way. * Understand business processes and take them into account and translate them into salesforce processes. * A strategic mindset and a hands-on mentality. * Flexible and willing to go the extra mile. * A team player with the ability to build relationships with remote teams. * Actively seeks feedback and open to suggestions. * Great ability to prioritize. * Creative problem solver.
