The Academy is responsible for the identification, development & management of aspiring hires, aligning to our long-term goal of developing a demand driven pipeline of consulting talent. For those within the Academy, it will provide a thought provoking & innovative environment. In becoming part of The Academy, you will have the chance to work within many disciplines and capabilities on offer at P2 Consulting. Have a passion for technology and innovation combined with an interest in consulting Are exceptionally motivated, driven and dynamic Can show demonstrable alignment to our Values Have strong problem-solving skills Possess excellent mathematical and analytical skills Possess excellent facilitation skills Have excellent oral, presentation and competent business writing skills Are comfortable working with all levels of company hierarchy Have the ability to work in ambiguous situations and seek to add clarity and context to work being undertaken Have a desire to continue to develop both personally and professionally Desirably located in London or the South East of the UK but willing to travel UK wide We would love to hear from you. Benefits 6 monthly incremental salary increases for the first two years.
