What will you be doing? The Digital Care department is responsible for optimising the use of Digital Channels for Consumer Sales and Service in Vodafone. The teams are split across the full customer lifecycle from Prospect through to Retention and work with the Marketing, Commercial and Operations teams within the company to deliver the best possible self-service Sales and Support experience for our customers through an Agile delivery approach. As a Product Owner in Digital Service, you will be responsible for the prioritisation and delivery of the backlog of run & change initiatives to maximise business benefit of the products and features we offer. You will workwith Digital Experience Managers and wider stakeholders across the business to define User Stories for delivery into the Product Backlog. Who are we looking for? * Experience of Digital self-service and deploying new capabilities in a customer service environment. * Experience working as a Digital Product Owner using the Scaled Agile Framework. * Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills. * Evidence of strong analytical skills to measure impact and identity trends with a customer focus.
