Job Description
We are looking for an organised, exceptionally talented, and driven Warehouse Manager with experience within logistics. You will manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn. The Job * Strategically manage warehouse (c30 staff) ensuring the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal. * Review and prepare workflow, resource and space requirements, equipment layout and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met. * Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations. * Recruit, select, coach and motivate direct reports. * Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security. * Liaise with clients and suppliers. * Meet regularly with colleagues to review, analyse and implement continual improvement. The Person * Previous warehouse management experience within logistics is essential. * You will be a proactive leader who will bring new ideas to the table. * You will easily integrate into an established team and have the experience and foresight to implement change * Efficiency is key whilst managing multiple tasks at one time. * Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Flexible to work between the hours of 6am - 7pm Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
