We have a vacancy for a Team Leader to work in the Consumer Products department on the Click and Collect Night Shift Team at our warehouse on the Hams Hall Distribution Park. The main duties of the role are: To support the Warehouse Operation with responsibility for leading a team of people Support all resource requirements (to include, but not limited to people, machinery, systems) within allocated department. Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) on a continuous basis as set by the Operations Management team, and in line with Company and Client requirements. Reporting customer escalations. Support the training and continuously develop all operatives within the team to ensure a proficient, multi-skilled workforce. Assist with monitoring and improve warehouse processes and procedures where applicable to ensure best practice, quality in line with 6s. Hours of work will be a 4 on 4 off shift pattern working 1800 - 0600 hours (including bank holidays), however the shift could change if and when required. Successful candidates must be flexible in attitude, approach and hours. The salary is 22,926 per annum plus 25% night shift allowance between the hours of 10pm and 6am. We operate a banked hours system for extra hours worked by employees, with extra hours given back as time off and not paid overtime. Our main site where this role will be based is at 10a Faraday Avenue, on the Hams Hall Distribution Park in Coleshill, B46 1AL. Candidates should make themselves aware of our exact location before applying as during certain times of the day, public transport may not make it easily accessible; and we are around a 20 - 30 minute walk from Coleshill train station. Qualifications and Experience Required The successful candidate should have experience of leading a team, as well as good warehouse and systems experience and good PC skills. Also required are: * Strong communication skills * Strong Warehouse Management System investigation skills for understanding and investigating outgoing orders * Flexible and adaptable approach to work * Experience of management and recording of hours on a daily basis, with the inclusion of holiday planning, staff and volume planning * Ability to plan and prioritise workload * Ability to work to an accurate level * Good PC skills - experience of warehouse management system advantageous Arvato is a trusted business outsourcing partner to the private and public sectors.
