Job Description
We are currently working with a great Nursery in Forest Gate, to recruit an experienced manager for a large 100+ place nursery. As well as a very competitive salary, this is a great opportunity to join a Nursery that is one of the leading providers of high-quality, pre-school education. This is a full time position working all year round and 40 hours a week. If you have experience of managing a Nursery Setting or working as a deputy manager and looking to step into a manager position, this could be a great opportunity for you. Nursery Manager Duties: * Delivering outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS * Guiding team members on effective parent communication and parental partnerships * Ensuring all aspects of the nursery operation is compliant with Ofsted and Human Resources * Ensuring that each child's wellbeing is met and that they thrive in a safe environment * Safeguarding all children in you care Nursery Manager requirements: * Strong leadership skills * A proven record of Management/leadership experience * Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage * Strong people skills with the ability to listen, support and guide colleagues On Offer: * Occupancy related bonus targets * Pension Scheme * Opportunities for promotion * Continuous and Funded CPD * Discounted childcare * Up to 5 inset days for you and your team in a year If this is of interest to you, then apply here and we will be in touch to discuss it further.
