Job Description

In Calderdale we are a forward thinking, innovative community nursing service with highly committed community nurses who are making a real difference to patient care in the way services are delivered. Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a Band 6 District Nurse to manage and have responsibility for the care of a defined client group over a 24 hour period. The post is full time 37.5 hours and will be based with the Elland district nurses in the south Halifax area. We welcome applications from individuals who are currently on the Community Specialist Practitioner - District Nursing course due to qualify in 2020 in addition to those who currently hold a District Nursing qualification.
