Package Description Accomplish Group Occupational Therapist: 28,000- 40,000 Full time: 37.5 Hours Lakeside is a locked hospital providing assessment and treatment to individuals with Autism, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities. This service is in the process of developing new treatment pathways giving the opportunity for the successful applicant to contribute to a new and exciting service. The fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive Occupational Therapist at Lakeside to shape and develop the future service. We want passionate and innovative individuals to apply who want to be at the forefront of developing innovative services for people with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health problems. We are looking for someone to join our existing therapies team, consisting of psychologists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists and an art therapist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to grow and develop professionally. At Lakeside we endeavor to offer opportunities to develop our staff; past training completed has consisted of Sensory integration and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. Prior experience of these areas would be an advantage and salary would reflect this experience. You will hold a relevant degree/diploma in Occupational Therapy and be a current member of the Health Professionals Council and full member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists. Supervision tailored to the needs of the successful candidate, provided by the Lead OT.
