What we're looking for: We have a great opportunity for a Technical Analyst to join our Tech Services area of the business. Supporting the testing, validation and release of products, features and general updates and also providing specialist operational support post release within our Technical Services area of Direct Line Group. What you'll be doing: * Provide specialist technical support for products owned by Engineering Change - EUC * Work collaboratively with the Engineering Change Subject Matter experts on the delivery, testing and support of new and existing products and services * You will govern and assure EUC technical change to provide confidence to stakeholders that the expected value of technical changes are being delivered without impact to live operational services * Partnering with the service integration, service operations and service management teams to support the Voice of the Customer * Continuously provide technical input to inform the planning and delivery of technical changes across Engineering Change and EUC Services * Analyse and assure Technical change within the EUC Services environment * Manage governance around desktop application packaging, upgrades and deployment * Work collaboratively with service integration, service operations and service management teams * Support the integrated end to end Lives Services operations across the supply chain to maximise the value of the supplier to DLG What we'll give you We have a strong focus on developing you and your skillset and work hard to give you the tools to do so.
