Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retail Support Manager working within our Installation and Merchandising projects. Reporting into the Retail Operations Manager the Retail Support Manager will be accountable for front end delivery of all allocated projects in order to ensure they progress smoothly and complete successfully. Momentum Instore live to deliver on our client's instore brand experiences. We've worked hard to be able to keep that promise, working hand in hand with some of the nation's largest retailers and brands to deliver seamless instore marketing campaigns for the last 40 years. Key Accountabilities: * Responsible for ensuring all projects progress smoothly and complete successfully by taking the actions and decisions which support project delivery excellence. * Accountable for ensuring front end delivery exceeds expectations wherever possible. * Take a proactive and hands on approach to ensuring all projects are delivered to the correct time frame and right first time. * Responsible for ensuring all field personnel are trained, graded and validated correctly in line with each client's training structure and skill sets match the clients and business needs. * Responsible for ensuring that all field personnel are developed, coached and managed to display the right behaviours that our clients and business needs. Taking the actions to celebrate the right behaviours and manage away the wrong ones. * Communicate as necessary in a timely, clear and accurate way with the field personnel, clients and within the business to ensure information is sent and received to support business needs. * Ensure margins are supported at all times across your sites by all decision making which has a cost implication is cost effective and has a clear business case to support it. The successful candidate will: * Be flexible to working and travelling in multiple locations and hold a full UK Drivers licence * Have exceptional people management skills * Ideally have retail management experience * Have strong behavioural coaching skills and experience * Be able to display excellent verbal communication and written skills If you are excellent at problem solving and have the ability to communicate well at all levels you could be the person we are looking for.
