Job Description
an exciting opportunity to join NHS Tayside An opportunity has arisen for Registered Nurses to join our team of experienced staff in the development of our new Care and Treatment Hubs within Pitlochry Community Hospital. The post holder will contribute to the work of the community care and treatment services team in providing the highest quality of healthcare, taking responsibility for the running of a variety of clinics including management of wounds, leg ulcers, minor injuries, phlebotomy, ear syringing, suture removal, chronic disease monitoring and related data collection. Working with a diverse caseload including an ageing population with multi- morbidities, you will work collaboratively with the care and treatment services team and MIIU staff along with other service professionals, to meet the needs of patients providing safe holistic, patient centred and evidence based care, following practice policy and procedures. You will work in partnership, based on the values of the organisation, with other professionals, agencies, patients carers, clients and relatives as we work towards enhancing the community multi disciplinary team and integrated models of working. Applicants must have a positive attitude to change and committed to a high standard of patient care. You must have evidence of continuing professional development.
