We are recruiting for a full time inspection and inventory clerk to assist our busy Property Management and Lettings teams; this is a crucial and important role within business, where detail is key to success. For more information on X1 please visit our website www.x1lettings.com The Role - Your Focus and Contribution · Conduct all inventories before new tenants move into properties · Carry out all H&S checks during an inventory inspection · Making sure clear photographs are taken of all rooms to ensure clarity with deductions from deposits · Conduct HMO inspections · Arranging all mid-term inspections required each monthly and compiling detailed reports · Assist in any other duties required from the Property Management team to ensure the department is running smoothly and efficiently · Assisting in other departments during busier times of the year What you will bring: We want a highly organised individual, with a strong eye for detail and who genuinely enjoys noticing the finer details, great self-management skills, someone is proud of what they do and has a people friendly personality. A full UK driving licence is essential.
