Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join us and lead our data teams. Our data teams provide valuable insights which helps our customers to take actions and make sure they are able to use open source and stay secured. Your role You will be working with super talented engineering and Data teams which have a major role in making sure our customers are successful by providing them the right insights at the right time. As the Product Manager of the Data teams, you will own 2 main areas: * Working closely with our Data team to find and expose valuable insights into the core product to allow developers to take actions and make sure they use open source and stay secure. * Working closely with our Security team and tie our security expertise into the core product You will be the owner of your domain and will lead the products and features from ideation & research throughout the product lifecycle including release and making sure each one of the features achieve their business goals. You'll spend your time * Working very closely with the engineering and Data teams in order to enrich our core product with high valuable insights. * Setting the vision of your domain. You will set the business goals and you will work with the team to make sure you meet the goals. * Working very closely with our Security teams and make sure our security depth is exposed in our product in a way that helps developers to use open source and stay secured. * Engaging with customers and prospects to get their feedback, discuss about their challenges and gain a full understanding of their needs. * Communicate your teams' work internally and externally. * Driving new products and features starting with ideation, to release and through post-release activities. * Working closely with Marketing team and help shape the right messaging of your domain * Collaborating with our Sales and Customer Success teams to make sure our customers and prospects get continuous value from Snyk. We are distributed across four offices in London, Tel Aviv, Boston and Ottawa, with 10% of the company working fully-remote. We've made an organizational commitment to building a strong, effective, distributed company: we form teams across multiple offices wherever possible, and we invest in communication so that we can benefit from each others' perspectives. As well as an always-on webcam so we can see what's happening in each office, we make heavy use of video calls, Slack, and some inter-office travel. You should apply if * You have at least 3 years of hands-on product management experience, preferably SaaS products, and you delivered features\products end to end * You have engineering experience and you are familiar with Git & the open source world * You have good technical skills and you learn new things fast * You've worked closely with external customers * You feel comfortable with vagueness and enjoy starting things from scratch * You're comfortable adjusting priorities at short notice to respond to changes in the market * You communicate proactively, and enjoy working in cross-functional delivery teams * You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English * You can travel 10% of the time to remote locations We'd especially love to hear from you if you * Have experience with leading data based products Interested?
