Job Description
Senior Site Manager - Kingston - Up to 65,000 per annum We are actively recruiting on behalf of our Main Contractor client, a Senior Site Manager who can take control of a brand new residential development from inception through to handover. Reporting into a Construction Director you will have total control of this 15m new build project consisting of 16 Townhouses and 40 Apartments all of which are for private sale. Our client is seeking a construction professional with a proven track record in managing and delivering multi-million pound housing projects from inception through to completion. You will be supported on site by a site team and entrusted sub-contractors. Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work certificates are essential.
