General Manager - Luxury Boutique Hotel in Essex 48,500 + Benefits Are you an ambitious, experienced hotelier, currently working at Operations Manager or at Hotel Manager level and looking for a great new challenge in a first-time General Manager role? Are you dynamic with a hands-on approach to managing your team and property and has a passion for excellent customer service? This property is at the boutique end of the market so you must be able to demonstrate previous experience at this level.
