Job Description
NHS Lanarkshire are looking to recruit four Community Staff Nurses with various hours avaible including full and part time hours The post holder will be a Registered Nurse who will support the community nursing service in the delivery of the highest quality of health care and will be responsible and accountable for providing skilled nursing interventions as appropriate. The post holder will ensure a person centred approach to care delivery which is safe and effective to ensure and maintain quality strategy. The post holder will be expected to provide an accessible, appropriate, high quality and effective care service to all age groups in the community, by working in partnership with patients, care providers and other agencies. Applying candidates must be a Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration.The post holder will be required to demonstrate excellent team working skills with the ability to work using own initiative and have effective listening, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team, excellent time management skills and a working knowledge of basic information technology. This post may require working between the hours of 0800 - 2200 over 7 days including public holidays. Please note if you are intrested in the art time positions the salary will be pro-rata.
