Job Description
About the Lean Master Consultant position We are looking for a expert Lean Consultant who will provide Kaizen Kulture with first class consulting services, in order to help our clients businesses be more functional and successful. Your duties will include analyzing a situation and providing a fresh perspective or developing a most suitable solutions (e.g. proposing a new process design, policies, procedures, IT system or implementing a full strategic or transformation plan). We expect you to have an excellent skill in identifying the cause of indeendent and systemic problems and presenting their solutions in a comprehensive and detailed manner Consultant responsibilities are: * Using Lean methodologies perform situational and data analysis to identify and understand a problem or issue * Perform short-term or long-term research to address a variety of issues and needs * Work together with client management or appropriate staff to understand their requirements * Collect necessary data from interviews, surveys etc. to * Prepare reports on your results and present them to appropriate executives * Develop suggestions for improvement according to objectives * Create plans to implement recommendations and overcome objections * Organize training sessions and provide consulting services to personnel * Review the situation on regular basis and make adjustments when needed * Stay informed about changes in industry, products and company's status Consultant requirements are: * 3+ years' experience of working as a Lean Consultant * Lean Master/Leader or Six Sigma Black Black Belt or Master Black Belt from a recognised certification body * Solid experience with data analysis and research techniques * Excellent experience in project management * Excellent knowledge of field of expertise and willingness to keep abreast of advancements * Good practical experience with business processes, software and IT systems * Good ability to develop detailed proposals and plans * Strong organizational and coordination skills * Great listening and communication skills with analytical and creative mindset * BSc or BA degree in business or relevant discipline; additional qualifications in a specialized field will be a bonus * Certification in consulting will be a bonus
