Some of your responsibilities will: * Reporting to the Test Centre Supervisor the Traffic Supervisor is accountable for the overall movement of subjects and staff across the site. * To enable the testing process to be seamless, ensure that the test subjects experience is pleasant and managed in a professional way. * To ensure that traffic congestion is reduced. * Ensure that vehicles are parked appropriately. * All security front line duties are not part of the car park teams responsibilities. * Participates in new site activation to ensure set is ready for day one. * Managing the flow of users into and out of the site. * Managing set up and close of traffic operation at site. * Overseeing checking entry and exit into site. * Managing check-in log to ensure staff have registered on site on arrival and stored personal belongings in a designated area. * Maintaining out of hours log for security staff shifts. * Define traffic flow. * Liaise with Test Centre Supervisor and Security to plan flow & management. * Manage protocols for entry / exit of all vehicle's Direct vehicles into the appropriate areas to park safely to enable to individuals to undertake the test. * To ensure that social distancing is undertaken. * Be vigilant at all times when on site.
