Description Principal Strategy Manager London Paddington The Product & Services (P&S) team within Group Commercial and Operations delivers and manages end-to-end best-in-class products and services to support Vodafone's differentiation in all our markets. The P&S team is organised into three product domains (Mobile, Fixed & Converged and Consumer IoT), a Device Operations unit (looking at our commercial and operational activities on devices), and a number of local P&S teams embedded within local markets. You will support the evolution of P&S's strategy and portfolio development. The Planning & Performance team within P&S works across all these teams to ensure focus on initiatives with the highest potential, compliance with Vodafone Group's governance processes, effective use of resources, transparent performance measurement, and impactful communication of priorities and results at all levels of the organisation. You will: Support strategic development within individual domains/teams, sizing market opportunities through development of business cases. Delivery of annual P&S Strategic Plan to support delivery of product development roadmaps. The plan summarises the key market, competitor, customer and technological trends as well as our strategic priorities and plans. Manage compliance with governance processes, including alignment of documentation across all domains and development of high impact communication materials for internal and external updates (including to ExCo/Board level).
