Job Description

Support Worker / Care Assistant Hours: Waking Night Shift (30 / 40 hours per week contract) Service/Location: Bexhill, East Sussex At Aspens, we are now seeking a Waking Night Carer / Support Worker to join our team at one of our residential care homes in Bexhill, East Sussex. We support adults with autism, including some who have associated learning disabilities and or mental health needs. Tasks will include personal care, including supporting adults with incontinence issues and supporting adults with complex challenging behaviours. We are committed to delivering person centred support, both in a residential environment and within the community, enabling individuals to live happier more fulfilling lives. We are looking for positive, mature staff with energy and ideas to take on the role of Support Worker and join our team at Burton Cottages.
