We are looking to hire a UK Digital Analytics Manager to work across a complex matrix organisation, creating new relationships at the local & regional level, demonstrably championing the role of, and business impact of data-driven Digital marketing. You will be responsible for supporting Area Digital, Digital Analytics and selected Brand Managers to fully leverage the UK Platform GSK data and technology infrastructure, resource and capability to plan, activate, optimise and measure data-driven multi-channel Digital activities, with the objective of delivering modular excellence that will ultimately maximise overall business impact (efficiency and effectiveness). This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following... * Act as the escalation point for Data Governance in UK, inclusive of: * Drive the rollout of and transition to an enhanced Publicis Media taxonomy. * Provide an escalation point for GSK stakeholders regarding the output / delivery of the regional TAAG team in Dusseldorf. * Provide coordination support between local market stakeholders and Global Tech to ensure robust and compliant consent management solution(s) are implemented. * Drive the implementation of PeopleCloud in UK, with a focus on co-ordinating the adoption of functional modules; aligned to the local business objectives and associated priority use cases. * Facilitate on-going connectivity between GSK ADL's, Media, Content and PlatformGSK Regional Delivery Team (RDT) to ensure data-driven Digital marketing is activated by default. E.g. Utilising PeopleCloud to deliver in-market activation; aligned to a clear roadmap for progression against the Google Data Maturity Framework. * In collaboration with the GSK ADL's and PlatformGSK RDT, scale the existing or a tailored version of the GB Digital Campaign Optimisation Process in UK to build capability and improve media campaign performance at a local market level. * Work in partnership with the UK Media Director to ensure that data-driven Digital marketing activities are delivering incremental efficiency (value) YoY, as tracked by monthly Accenture reporting. * Work in partnership with the UK Regional Digital Commerce Director to identify and activate opportunities to connect data-driven Digital to online and offline sales. E.g. Scaling GB Boots online sales reporting use case to additional markets and utilising offline sales data via PeopleCloud for attribution. * Partner with Global Digital Analytics Lead to cascade, share and implement best practice into the UK * Embed measurement framework consistent with Global principles * Act as an evangelist for data-driven Digital marketing, distilling and socialising industry thought leadership and best practice UK level to facilitate on-going capability building. In parallel building case studies of successful activities that you have contributed towards and promoting these to the wider GSK business. * Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all parties that will influence Consumer Healthcare data-driven Digital marketing activities such as internal departments (E.g. Legal and Regulatory), agencies (media / creative) and key partners (E.g. Google, Facebook and Amazon). Why you?
