Job Description

We currently have an opportunity available for a temporary Cleaning Supervisor to work within the Engineering Department for a 3-6 month period. This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your knowledge, skills and experience within an Engineering department. Reporting to the Engineering Shift Manager, you will lead and manage the shift to ensure all aspects of work are covered and targets achieved. As a confident communicator, you will enjoy both working as part of a highly skilled team and on your own initiative. Ensuring that both vehicle and premise cleanliness is completed to the required standards compliant with both health & safety requirements and current legislation. You will also facilitate the fuelling, vaulting and parking of vehicles. A PCV/HGC driving licence is an essential requirement for this role. The candidate should have experience of employee engagement and be confident in having 2-way communication processes regarding performance along with someone who is able to react to day to day changes and 'think on feet' when dealing with change to planned routines outside of your control. The position is full-time, night shift, working 39 hours per week. A high degree of flexibility and willingness to work additional hours, as necessary, is required to meet the operational needs of the business.
