You will be working closely with colleagues in APAC, EMEA and NAM to ensure perfect 24/7 support of our franchise critical applications. In addition, you will also partner with Level 0/1 Support team, application technology development teams, infra teams and the Business Product owners. **What do we do?** We work in partnership with our business, operations and technology partners to provide best in class support within our production environment, providing quick resolutions to their issues, driving stability, efficiency and effectiveness improvements to help us and the business succeed.
