We'd love to introduce you to our team! The Role This is how you can help us make a difference... As a Contract Data Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring that the data used to report performance and manage our repairs and maintenance contracts is accurate and up to date. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing IT systems, auditing processes and offering support to all users across the wider team, reflecting the highest standards of service excellence. About You You will be suitably qualified, and with demonstrable experience of working with datasets, you will ideally be able to evidence a successful track record of delivering analytical work that can be turned into insight and change through in-depth analysis of client focused business activities. The successful candidate will be able to work both collaboratively and independently to develop and support self-service tools and deliver ad-hoc information to meet the varying needs of the Property Services to help improve the services we deliver.
