Nurse Ref:LDS/1168 £30,795 per annum pro rata 37.5 hours per week Heatherstones Nursing Home - Halifax Shift patterns include earlies, lates, waking nights, weekends and bank holidays. Are you a hard-working, enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurse with excellent communication skills, who is committed to delivering high standards of quality care ? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to experience working within one of our registered nursing homes. You will provide high quality nursing care and specialist nursing intervention to clients with learning disabilities. The successful applicant must be RGN or RNLD qualified. The main duties of the role include liaising with other professionals, care planning and implementation, and providing all aspects of care and medication administration.
