As member of the Managed Services capability within PwC Belgium, you will help our clients in their day-to-day complex operational execution to achieve their business objectives. Your role is to perform the operational services according to the service level agreement and to continuously look for improvements in your daily tasks. You are responsible for a wide range of responsibilities and you ensure on-time and high-quality delivery. You work as a team player and focus on the well-being of the entire team. As a Customer Management and Outreach Officer / Specialist , your role will be to provide general and specific support to manage customer requests of our clients - hence in a client-facing mode: * Provide support through phone calls to internal & external stakeholders * Provide support through emails regarding questions/concerns/issues about the process or the system * Manage customer requests (including claims) and contact other services to resolve the claims * Daily reporting of the customer requests and technical incidents to your hierarchical manager * Create systems access and follow-up related requests * Manage and assign questions to be handled by the team * Collaborate and communicate effectively and efficiently (oral & written) with all relevant stakeholders (internal & external) * Produce meetings minutes and follow-up actions, prepare summary reports We are looking for applicants who wants to participate in risk management initiatives , who are passionate about client experience and who wants to help us deliver the best possible operational services . Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; * Strong communication skills; * 1-year experience or more in a similar position; * Proficiency with MS Office and be IT literate * Client oriented and solutions oriented; * Multi-tasker (achieving maximum time effectiveness) with strong organizational skills; * Able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment; * Pro-active, showing initiatives and a strong sense of responsibility; * Able to work independently and in a team; * Fluent in English + one of the national languages (both written and spoken); * Trilingual is a strong plus.
