Job Description
Production Operator Glenrothes 6 month FTC initially Summary of Role: To work within electronics manufacturing facility based in Glenrothes Main Duties: To perform production related tasks required in daily operations within one of the manufacturing business areas. Tasks may include: - soldering and inspection to ANSI-J STD/IPC610, mechanical and wiring assembly, kit preparation, bonding and coating. - Testing of assemblies and sub-assemblies using ICT equipment, ATE and also some basic point to point wiring checks. Candidate Requirements: Essential: Minimum of two standard grades at C/3 pass or above or previous electronics experience. Desirable: Previous electronics and mechanical assembly experience Good Manual dexterity Quality focused with a good understanding of the importance of quality to the Customer Good communication skills Organisational skills Flexible Team Player Basic PC Skills About Raytheon UK With facilities in Broughton, Waddington, Glenrothes, Harlow, Gloucester, Manchester with presence across other customer sites also.
