We are looking to recruit a Testing Kit Manager. Some of your responsibilities will be: * To enable the testing process to be seamless, ensure that the test subjects experience is pleasant and managed in a professional way * Reporting to the Equipment Manager, the Testing Kit Manager is responsible for maintaining Test kit inventory. * Participates in new site activation to ensure site is ready for day one. * During site set up, attends site briefing with other team leads * Reviewing Testing Kit inventory levels during operations * Supporting the collation and transport of tests across the site * Managing on going inventory and requests for supply. * To ensure that social distancing is undertaken * Be vigilant at all times when on site * All services and personnel to act in accordance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements, unless derogation has been explicitly given. * Perform all the following services in line with Good Industry Practice, unless specific service standards are prescribed. * Escalate immediately if it becomes apparent that the site is not or is likely to become non-compliant with any law relating to the environment and sustainability or health and safety and will take all reasonable steps to becoming compliant. This excludes regulations that have been explicitly referred to in derogation. Qualifications Person Specification. * A good understanding of Testing operations * Understanding of medical supplies and sourcing practices * Detailed awareness of health and safety good PPE practices * Experience working with information / data capture * Preferred to have background dealing with sensitive medical / personal information * Good understanding of Microsoft Excel / Sheets * Understanding of medical supplies * Ability to give clear and concise instructions * Supervisory roles require experience managing individuals/ teams as preferred * Commitment to the work and to following the strict guideline and procedures required * Experience working with members of the public/subjects * Good interpersonal skills and caring nature * To be physically able to be on your feet for the length of shift. Additional Information In addition, applicants must consider the following: * Full Personal Protective Equipment will be supplied in line with NHS standards. * Ability to physically stand for several hours * Willingness to work outside (weather protection will be provided) * Full training will be provided * Hours of work to cover a working pattern over 7 days a week with rest breaks. * Staff facilities including refreshments provided. * First A
