An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a small vibrant team as a Team Leader within Change, Grow, Live Waltham Forest. You will be working with people to help them change the direction of their life, grow as an individual, and live life to its full potential. You'll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be. The Gang Prevention Team Leader will work with service users affected by or involved in gang culture across Waltham Forest. This role is about partnership working, leading on innovation and service development. Including an outreach approach to building partnerships and engaging those with complex needs. The role includes managing a smaller case load of service users, training professionals and taking and line management of small team. Responsibilities: We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to work with services manager to lead and develop our team. Responsibilities include leading team meetings, delivering training. Taking a lead role whilst managers are absent, line management appraisal and supervision. Being the single point of contact for advice and information for partners working with those involved in gangs. As well as ensuring staff follow Change Grow Live policies and they may carry a small caseload. The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly within an agreed number of hours to maintain the appropriate level of service delivery and you be required to work over a number of bases within Waltham Forest as per service need.
