We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will be happy working in a fast paced environment, have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. Role * Embedded in our in-house team of 8 senior software engineers * Play a key role in helping them deliver the very best features for our customers and internal teams * Be actively involved in both product strategy and product delivery. * Research and think through complex user problems, finding reasonable solutions, mocking them up in detail, and working with engineers to build them. * Work within and expand the Mindful Chef brand throughout our digital touch-points. * Develop processes and frameworks to enable consistency and efficiency such as design systems, guidelines, and pattern or component libraries. * Work with our leadership team to develop consistency across brand messaging * Have commercial experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment * Demonstrate excellent communication skills and stakeholder management * Be able to distinguish between must haves and nice to haves * Roll their sleeves up and be comfortable (initially) being the sole product designer * Share our values * Take pride in improving our service levels * Embrace change and adapt quickly to business priorities Requirements * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical work experience in design. * Experience designing for the web and understanding how to apply both form and function within it while maintaining simplicity. * Broad range of design skills covering both discovery (research, concepts, testing) and delivery (full design mockups, handover, developer collaboration). * Deep knowledge of tools for design (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) and delivery (e.g. Zeplin, Avocode, Abstract). * A proven ability to be self-starting, work independently and love to learn * A desire to progress your career in one of the UKs fastest growing startups and set an example of what great product design looks like Benefits - Full-time, 9 am - 6 pm - Remotely during crisis - Normal office location: 1 Enterprise Way, London, SW18 1FZ - Negotiable salary, dependent on experience & days - Pension scheme - 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays - Complimentary breakfast and lunch to cook in the office - Alcoholic drinks supplied after 4 pm on Thursday / Friday - 50% discount on Mindful Chef boxes delivered to your home - 50% discount on Virgin Active gym membership - Team workouts - Christmas and Summer staff parties
