Health Visitor

We are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Health Visitor to join the Crendon Health Visiting Team (covers Thame and surrounding villages) This is an exciting opportunity for you to join us and share your valuable skills, knowledge and leadership qualities. We welcome all applicants, experienced or newly qualified. The teams consist of Health Visitors, Community Staff Nurses, Community Nursery Nurses under the management of a Team Lead. You will participate in leading your team of skill mix staff, with a public health focus and be fully committed to improving the health and well being of the local population. Your responsibilities will include staff support, supervision, appraisal and student learning. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of joint working with Family Centres and the implementation of the Healthy Child Programme within the Solihull Approach model of working. You will receive regular clinical and child protection supervision, with access to excellent internal and external training.
