Nurse - Renal Dialysis Unit Are you an NMC Registered Nurse seeking an exciting new opportunity to learn specialist skills in renal dialysis nursing? We offer a competitive salary UPTO 34,194.44 (including a Location Allowance of 3,952.44) - if you are offered less than the top end your salary will increase in guaranteed yearly increments until you reach it. Dialysis nursing requires commitment and passion along with the skills and competencies to juggle the technical nursing aspect whilst giving holistic care. You will be working autonomously, responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of care for dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury. Epsom Dialysis Unit operates 20 haemodialysis stations, serving up to 120 patients, in partnership with Epsom and St Helier NHS Trust using only the latest equipment. Nursing is planned at a ratio of 1:4.5 patients. This is a full time role of 37.5 hours a week. Current days are working various shifts Monday to Saturday between 6.30am - 6.00pm.
