About the Job & You: This is an exciting opportunity to join our Support Team within our Extra Care Schemes. Day to day, you will work with management to deliver catering services within a bespoke independent living setting while developing a high quality service to residents and the wider community. You will contribute to the delivery of high quality Catering to our residents. You will, Ensure compliance with hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines including the Registered Homes Act 1984, Handle customer enquiries and complaints, Provide food service delivery - taking responsibility for particular dietary and cultural needs, Serving specific meals as per the Resident food profile so that Resident's preferences are met. Complete administrative documentation, recording meals sold and reporting resident feedback to the Chef Manager. Take responsibility for own time management, working with agency staff, delivering on tasks and maintain the standards set by the Catering Manager.
