HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING + Delivery of IT infrastructure projects across multiple platforms and technologies, ensuring they are documented and aligned with Global IT standards. + Maintain relationships with 3rd party suppliers of IT equipment and services to provide a cost effective and stable technology environment to Kellogg Europe. + Participating in short-term and long-term project planning efforts with team members, clients and other IT groups, owning the plans where required. + Developing innovative technical solutions based on the business requirements and functional specifications provided by Business Analysts. These solutions will look to increase the flexibility, scalability, and reliability of IT services at an optimum cost. + Building and testing infrastructure solutions, with full system integration testing where required, to ensure the solutions meet business requirements and functional specifications. + Documenting and transitioning of IT infrastructure projects into sustainment. + Provide 3rd line technical support for Kellogg's European infrastructure environments (where necessary). + Ability to drive innovation and change within infrastructure and with key internal stakeholders YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS + High level experience with Microsoft technologies, e.g., Windows Server and PC operating systems, O365 applications, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS etc. + High level experience with VMWare hypervisor and Virtual Center technologies. + Working knowledge of Citrix XenApp technologies. + Working knowledge of Cloud technologies, e.g., AWS, Azure etc. + Experience using HPe, EMC and Cisco devices. + Professional, positive and decisive in approach. + Be prepared for international travel and hold a valid UK driving license. + Be prepared to work unsociable hours (i.e. evenings and potentially weekends) + Ability to drive innovation and change within infrastructure and with key internal stakeholders Desirable Skills and experience in some of the following + IP Routing including Cisco IWAN and/or SD-WAN (i.e. Silverpeak) + Cisco / Aruba Networking + Experience of WAN & LAN IP protocols + Wireless networking + Firewalls + Technology refreshes in Manufacturing location OUR GROWTH COMPETENCIES The Growth Competencies are a set of skills and behaviours necessary to drive success for Kellogg and for our employees.
