As a charity we ensure that any revenue goes straight back into our homes meaning our residents and staff are well looked after. As a Night Care Leader you play an integral part of the care team, you will be responsible for leading, managing and supporting your night care team ensuring they are providing high quality of care and service to all residents throughout the night. You'll play a key part with care delivery in the home, ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed through continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents care. Working within the Care team you will show warmth, compassion and support to our residents and their families; helping to promote independence and dignity and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care. Level 3 Qualification is essential.
